What Is 30-Second Solution Like?

30-Second Solution is taught in stacks of 30-second exercises. These stacks of exercises consist of one strength-based exercise alternated with a grounded core or standing plyometric, each performed for 30 seconds. These stacks are doubled and even tripled to amp up your workout and have you smiling, flexing and selfie-ready!

Who Are 30-Seconds Classes Best For?

C’mon, you can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds! All levels of fitness are welcome in this fabulous total body strength and cardio workout with easy-to-follow 30-second exercises and athletic drills. Options are available to scale exercises so both rookie exercisers and workout warriors will feel empowered and challenged.

Is 30-Second Solution a Good Workout? 

30-Second Solution is the solution to develop total body strength, improve mobility, pack in cardio and create core strength all in one class. Benefits include:

  • Simple and Compound Strength. Resistance training using dumbbells builds muscle strength and bone density. Weight training boosts metabolism, burning fat even when training has ended. In 30-Second Solution, participants gain benefits from both simple and compound strength exercises. They build the foundation in the Single Stack with the simple exercises, then in the Double Stack, the compound exercise allows them to torch calories, burn more fat, and develop greater flexibility and coordination!
  • Plyometric exercises in the Double Stack build bone density, muscle strength, and increase sports performance by boosting stamina and metabolism. 6/10. In 30-Second Solution, the intensity builds as you add and combine exercises. All work efforts are in short 30-second bursts so you can pace and manage your intensity.  All fitness levels will do great in 30-Second Solution total body training.

How Long Is 30-Second Solution?

30-Second Solution delivers 45 minutes of 30-second strength exercises, plyometric drills, grounded core work and cardio bursts for the solution.

What Should I Wear to 30-Second Solution?

Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.

Cross Training Gym Shoes.  Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you sprint, leap and lunge during class.  

What do I need to Bring?

Hydrate, my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you.  Also, pop a towel in your gym bag to catch your sweat, as you will be dripping and glistening. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
