What Is 30 in 30 like?

30 in 30 is a whirlwind class, with 10 blocks of 3 exercises: one strength, one plyometric and one agility exercise, each for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest. No repeats! This class creates exciting, intense fun for every muscle in your body, including your heart!

Cross training Gym Shoes.  Wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you leap, bound, shuffle, push, pull, and lift during class.  

What do I need to Bring?

Hydrate my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you.  Pack a towel to catch your sweat, as you will be dripping and glistening. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
