Get ready to HIIT the Deck in this high intensity interval class that focuses on cardio, bodyweight and core training. This unique workout features three rounds of work, each one with a different focus. Utilize the deck for power moves designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and contour your core, leaving you ripped, toned, and in shipshape! This 30-minute class will take you on, above, and below deck as you ramp up the cardio, strike up strength, and kick up the core.

What Is HIIT The Deck Like? 

ALL HANDS (and feet) ON DECK! HIIT the Deck utilizes three types of blocks to deliver a well-rounded total body workout. 

  • Above Deck consists of standing cardio power patterns on the deck. 
  • On Deck uses mixed patterns of cardio and bodyweight strength utilizing the deck. 
  • Below Deck focuses on core work utilizing the deck

Is HIIT The Deck a Good Workout?   

HIIT The Deck will improve your strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core strength with all the high intensity interval training benefits include: 

  • Strength. The strength training components of HIIT the Deck, especially the combination of bodyweight and plyometric exercises, builds bone density, boosts metabolism, and increases lean muscle mass.
     
  • Athletic-based cardiovascular conditioning. Unlike most traditional formats using a step or deck, HIIT the Deck focuses on athletic, uncomplicated movements that welcome the step novice. HIIT the Deck power cardio blocks elevate the heart rate, intensify the calorie burn, and prepare participants for the mixed strength and core segments.

HIIT The Deck works the entire body above deck, on deck and below deck for 30 minutes of a total body workout! 

What Should I Wear to HIIT The Deck? 

Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.  

Cross training Gym Shoes.  Comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you sprint, leap and lunge during class.   

What do I need to Bring? 

Hydrate my friend, make sure you have plenty of water with you.  A towel to catch your sweat as you will be dripping and glistening. Most importantly, a great attitude and smile to share.

Transform your body and see results quickly in this exclusive barbell based hard core strength workout. Push, pull and lift your way to extreme results. Crush your goals in no time with a mix of both upper and lower body work mixed with challenging core segments designed to rev your metabolism and transform your body! 

Bodyweb Circuit w TRX.

This circuit training class uses the TRX® and dumbbells to combine strength, balance and cardio for one kick-butt workout. Partner up and cycle through stations, all done to timed intervals to keep you on your toes 

Cardio Tai Box.

A high energy: high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. The perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training. 

Cardio Sculpt.
