  • Ben was previously the EVP & President at Planet Fitness and held senior roles at 24 Hour Fitness. With over 25 years of industry experience, Ben is a Founding Partner of the franchise company.

Craig Pepin-Donat

EVP, Crunch Franchise

  • Craig oversees all club operations for the Franchise Company. He was formerly President of New York Health and Racquet Club and EVP of Sales and Marketing for 24 Hour Fitness. Craig is also a Founding Partner of the franchise company.

Chad C. Waetzig

EVP, Marketing & Branding

  • Chad leads Crunch’s marketing since 2016. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Chad has diverse marketing experience with senior marketing roles at Disney, Marriott, Starwood, P&G and Blink Fitness.

  • With more than 20 years of industry experience, and more than half with Crunch, Jen leads Crunch Franchise’s group fitness programming, training and development. She is a continuing education provider for ACE and AFAA.

  • Tim leads Crunch’s Real Estate and Development team. Previously, he was Chief Development Officer for Qdoba Mexican Eats. Tim is a registered architect and has owned and operated Architectural and Real Estate Development practices.

  • With over 25 years of fitness industry experience, Ron joined Crunch in 2019 to lead personal training growth. Previously, Ron enjoyed success as a personal training consultant and held leadership roles with The Visual Fitness Planner and ClubReady.

  • Adrian joined Crunch in 2014 and manages the communications and training infrastructure for the company, while supporting the development of high level operational initiatives.

  • Originally from Brazil and based in NYC, Michele is an educator by heart. Michele has been with Crunch for 15+ years and holds a BFA in Dance with studies in Anatomy and Physiology, is a Master Trainer, and continuing education provider for AFAA, NASM and ACE.
