Where are you located?
We’re located at the Youngmann Plaza on 290 to 425/Twin City Highway, near Colvin Blvd. Easy access off the 290 - get off the Colvin exit to twin city highway and take a left to young street. Tops Friendly Markets, Big Lots, Purolator, United Auto Supply, and Get Air Trampoline Park are a few key retailers in the complex. We’re close to Cardinal Ohara High School. We’re also close to Paddock Chevy Golf Dome/Brighton Golf Course, Rails to Trails bike & walking path crossing behind our building.
What makes your location unique?
First 3.0 model Crunch in Buffalo (construction starting this August and finishing this fall), largest Buffalo club, Kids Crunch, SkiErg, Jacob’s Ladder, belt squat (eventually), dedicated glute & ab section (eventually), 3 turf areas (eventually).
What Relax & Recover services do you have?
Sauna (in locker rooms currently), hydromassage, tanning, hyperice equipment. Eventually adding red light therapy, meditation pods, human touch massage chairs, etc.
