We’re located at the Sunshine Plaza. Publix, Old Time Pottery, BB&T, and Marshalls are a few key retailers in the complex. We’re close to Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport.

Our busiest “Peak Rush” is generally Monday through Thursday from 5–7:30 p.m. If you enjoy a high-energy workout environment, the evening rush brings plenty of Crunch community spirit.

Prefer a quieter visit? Try coming between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., or later in the evening when the club is open. Attendance varies by day and class schedule, but these are good starting points for planning a less crowded workout.

Yes! Day passes at Crunch Tamarac are $15 and include Base-level access. Non-local visitors pay the $15 day-pass fee. Whether you’re visiting the area or fitting in a one-day workout, stop by the front desk to get started.

First visit and local to the area? You’re eligible for a free day pass with a valid local ID. Guests must be at least 14 years old, with parental consent required for minors. Bring your ID to the front desk to complete guest registration and check in.

Yes! Start with a plan built around you. Book your $10 CrunchONE Kickoff at the Personal Training Bar at Crunch Tamarac.

During this one-hour session, a coach will discuss your goals, current routine and what you want to achieve. You’ll explore the main parts of a fitness program, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, mobility and nutrition.

Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to refresh your routine, the Kickoff gives you time to ask questions and discuss your next steps with a coach. Ongoing Personal Training pricing varies based on your goals and how often you train.
