Jim rowley

Jim Rowley

Chief Executive Officer

  • Jim Rowley leads the team responsible for day-to-day operations, franchising, development, and marketing of the brand’s 440+ locations. After serving in the Marine Corps for eight years, Jim started his fitness career at 24 Hour Fitness, where he held multiple management positions before serving as CEO at New Evolution Ventures (NeV).

Chequan Lewis

President

  • Chequan joined Crunch as President in 2024, leading company and franchising operations. Before Crunch, he held roles at Pizza Hut US, including COO, Chief Equity Officer, and franchise lawyer. He also previously worked at Baker Botts and McMaster-Carr Supply Company.
Dan gall

Dan Gallagher

Chief Financial Officer

  • Appointed in 2018 as Crunch’s CFO, Dan has deep experience in senior management, including two years as President and six years as CFO at Town Sports International, as well as roles at Kings Food Markets and PwC, in both Business Assurance and Transaction Services.

Chief Operating Officer

  • Joining Crunch in 2023, Molly is responsible for driving enhancements to the membership experience and improving the entire member journey. Prior to Crunch, she was the Vice President of Store Innovation + Store Design for 7-Eleven, Inc. and spent several years in management consulting specializing in transformation and leading strategic growth plans.

  • Chad has led Crunch’s marketing since 2016. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Chad has diverse marketing experience with senior marketing roles at Disney, Marriott, Starwood, P&G, and Blink Fitness.

Managing Director of International Development

  • John Kersh heads up international expansion for Crunch and is a 25+ year veteran of the fitness and franchising industries. Prior to joining Crunch in 2024, John led the international development efforts for Xponential Fitness.

Mike Neff

EVP, Member Services

  • Mike joined Crunch in 2006 and leads the Company’s Member Services team, as well as the company’s technology roadmap and evolution, focused on delivering solutions to enhance the member experience while optimizing systems to support a worldwide Franchise network. Prior to Crunch, Mike served as VP of Information Technology for The Fitness Company.

  • Mike leads Crunch Franchise’s finance operations. He spent 20 years at Verizon before entering the industry as VP of Finance with Planet Fitness. He has also held industry positions with CYBEX International.

  • John joined Crunch in 2024 to lead the real estate development strategy across the US. John has held various leadership positions at McDonald's, including Regional Development Director for the Northeast and Bay Area, and Lead Development Director for the East Group.

  • With more than 20 years of industry experience and more than half with Crunch, Jen leads Crunch Franchise’s group fitness programming, training, and development. She is a continuing education provider for ACE and AFAA.

  • John joined Crunch in 2023 and is responsible for enhancing the member experience through the development and implementation of new platforms and programs.

  • Danielle joined Crunch in 2019 and oversees the company's enterprise-wide marketing functions, which include social media, public relations, brand partnerships, and digital marketing technology. With 20 years of experience in marketing, Danielle has previously held roles at Merlin Entertainments, Blue Man Productions, and various other entertainment companies.
