We want to make sure you know your way around once you get to the club, so here’s a sneak peek of our space so you can familiarize with gym and make sure you don’t make a wrong turn into the wrong locker room.


Camp Crunch gives you all you need to explore every aspect of fitness. From beginner to badass, this is where your fitness journey begins, elevates and continues. It is where challenges are overcome, goals are surpassed and bodies are transformed. Whether you train one-on-one or with a group, our support & sustenance will guide the way.Developed in partnership with Throwdown, this exclusive series of programs utilizes the Combative Training Center (CTC) to build speed, agility, power and strength.

Classes:

JUMPSTART
JUMPSTART is designed to familiarize you with the CTC unit. This intense total body workout will help improve athleticism, boost your metabolism and increase fat-burning while utilizing each station on the CTC unit. Perform two rounds of targeted work at each station with a short rest in between. Designed for all fitness levels, this workout is the “Base” of Basecamp, preparing you for the Muscle Maker, Power Play and Fast Track workouts.

FAST TRACK
Kick your workout into overdrive in FAST TRACK. Improve speed and agility with quick, explosive upper and lower body movements in this high intensity heart-pounding cardio & strength workout. FAST TRACK uses a grueling 90 second work effort at each station designed to push you to the max and bring out the athlete inside!

MUSCLE MAKER

Build upper and lower body strength in this intense workout that utilizes precise movements with a focus on form and technique. Perform two dedicated sets of strength based exercises at each station in this total body workout designed to increase strength and power. Using each station of the CTC center, this workout challenges multiple muscle groups at the same time. BE STRONG-strength and power never looked so good!

POWER PLAY

Don’t let the word PLAY fool you. POWER PLAY is the ultimate workout designed to up your power utilizing intense, explosive movements. Integrating plyometrics, swings, pull ups, slams and cardio, this workout enhances coordination and power output in both in the upper and lower body. Step up to the challenge to see how much power you can generate at each station. Utilizing a unique system of 3 sets of work at each station, the goal is to meet or beat the number of reps performed during each work effort.
