H.I.T the Pavement

We're taking it to streets with this outdoor, high intensity interval training class. You'll perform a series of H.I.I.T techniques combined with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results.

HOPPIN’

House of Sakti

This traditional American boxing class is taught in the boxing ring, and on the floor using punching bags and jump ropes.

Shift your workout into overdrive! Overdrive is a high intensity interval training class that pushes you to the max. From tabata to sprint training, this workout features a variety H.I.I.T techniques. Sucker Punch

SurfSET® & Sand

We’ve teamed up with SurfSET® to get you ready to hit waves in this circuit style class using weighted sandbags and the RipSurfer X®, the world's first total body surf trainer designed to mimic real surfing, just without the ocean. Training Day

This class is your cure to your regular fitness routine. Using functional training and principles of athletic conditioning, this workout will test your limits to achieve unparalleled results. Transformer w/ DISQ

Strap on, step in, and move like a machine in this cardio strength class using the DISQ, a mobile fitness device designed to add resistance to functional movements. The DISQ's adjustable, constant resistance lets you work out at your own level, giving you the ability to fire up or set back your resistance as needed to provide a total body workout that will balance and transform you.

TRAPFIT™

Run away and join the fitness circus in this interval training class that uses custom made professional level trapezes to create a low-flying combo of intense strength work, cardio movement and deep stretching. Learn a series of upper body conditioning exercises that are combined to create a mini performance using the Trapeze then end with a cool down and final bow.

Tread Bootcamp

Ten hut! This hardcore workout brings a high tech touch to traditional boot camp by combining intervals of sprints and climbs on the treadmill with strength training using dumbbells and body bars. Tread n' Shed

Triathlon Training

This class is designed to get you ready, both mentally and physically, to compete in the swim/bike/run. The instructor will help prepare you for race day with mini-triathlon scenarios and helpful tips on endurance racing.

Ultimate Conditioning

Urbankicks Ass

This dynamic, ass-kicking workout combines kickboxing with high-intensity sports conditioning drills to sculpt your most important assets. In this total body workout, you’ll punch, kick, squat and lunge your way to increased strength, power and agility.

Weigh Hard Cardio

You’ll have your hands full in this non-stop, easy-to-follow class using light weights that you’ll never put down.

Chisel It

Abs & Stretch

Concentrated abdominal and back work, followed by a deep stretch.

Absolution

This class offers the perfect core strengthening solution. Concentrated ab-centric floor-work is paired with deep restorative stretching.

Ass & Abs

Combining exercises to tone and shape the rear (the butt) and the front (the abs).

Attack that Core

This 50/50 combo class will attack your core from every angle. The first 15 minutes will target the tummy with concentrated abdominal work followed by 15 minutes of strength exercises designed to tone the back leaving you with a tighter mid-section all around.

B.L.T. Butt, Legs & Thighs

Total focus on the lower body using bands, dumbbells, balls and body bars.

Bar Hoppin’

It’s all about being first to the finish line as you endure steep climbs, punishing flat roads along the course with a sprint to the finish.

Redline Ride

This Ride class incorporates the SUUNTO heart rate telemetry system, a system that allows you to monitor your heart rate in real-time. Anonymously track your progress on a plasma screen TV inside of the studio; your instructor will push you into "the red" for an extremely challenging cardio workout. After class, all participants will receive a report via email graphing their heart rate and summarizing total calories burned.

X-Pole Dancing

This fun and challenging pole fitness class, taught by XPERT Pole Fitness trained instructors, provides you with a safe and fun environment to learn a variety of pole fitness techniques, dance choreography, and combination flows that will increase your upper body and core strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Learn to push, pull, lift and suspend your body weight while gracefully moving on and off the pole. Pole Fitness is a full body workout. Shorts recommended (no heels required).
