Accelerate your fat burning potential in this 30-minute high intensity drill based cardio class. Get your heart racing and body moving with interval and signature fast track rounds. Push your limits, torch calories and fast track your improvement by stepping up to the challenge of Acceleration. A Fitbit® tracker is not required, but if you want to track your workouts, you can use one to get real-time stats during class, see your progress, and stay motivated from week to week. Average steps per class range from 2,000 to 4,000.

Aeroropes

Welcome to the new evolution of battle rope training – The Aeroropes Fitness Conditioning System. This unique training system uses lighter (only 5 lbs!), skinnier, and shorter ropes designed to work every muscle in your body to output maximum force and peak your heart rate as you create and transfer power through motion.

Aqua Cross

Boxing

Classic boxing using the boxing ring, punching bags and jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength.

Boxing Bootcamp

Increase your speed, agility, and strength and prepare to sweat in this bootcamp style interval training boxing class.

Cardio Kickboxing

Easy to follow, drill based kickboxing exercises set to music. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind.

Circuit City

Contact Boxing

An advanced workout for experienced participants. The pro boxing ring and heavy bags will be used as participants work on defensive and offensive skills. Sign up 60 minutes before class starts. Wraps are a must, bag gloves provided.

Cross Train Challenge

Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout.

DIESEL

An interval training class consisting of high-rep and low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts.

H.I.T the Pavement

We're taking it to streets with this outdoor, high intensity interval training class. You'll perform a series of H.I.I.T techniques combined with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results.

Hard Core Court with the Brooklynettes

Ever wonder how the Brooklynettes dancers get fit? Look no further! This high intensity cardio workout led by a Brooklynette will sculpt your upper body, lower body and target your core in just 30 min. After this workout you’ll feel good enough to hit the court with The Brooklynettes at Barclays!

HOPPIN’

This intense low-impact cardiovascular workout using the JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline, will blast away calories and will have you in hopping into shape in no time.

TRAPFIT™

X-Men Apocalypse – Survival of the Fittest Event

Inspired by X-MEN: Apocalypse, this interval based class will have you taking on challenges based on members of Team Apocalypse and Team X-Men. Channel your favorite characters’ strengths using various pieces of equipment. This demanding circuit class will feature 4 stations designed to push you physically and mentally, build your stamina and unleash your inner power to help save mankind from Apocalypse’s destruction!

X-Treme Firefighters Workout

Train like firefighters do, as their lives depend on it! The Extreme Firefighters' Workout will take you through physical drills that simulate activities performed by firemen like handling hoses, swinging axes, climbing stairs, racing up a pole and carrying victims to safety. This total body, circuit-based workout will test your fitness level and teach you to survive under the extreme conditions our firefighters do every day.

Yoga Body Sculpt

A strength-building Vinyasa flow class that focuses on sculpting your buns and thighs while flattening your belly and strengthening your core.

Chisel It

Abs & Stretch

Concentrated abdominal and back work, followed by a deep stretch.

Absolution

The perfect core strengthening solution:  concentrated ab-centric floorwork paired with deep restorative stretching.

XPOLE

This fun and challenging pole fitness class, taught by XPERT Pole Fitness trained instructors, provides you with a safe and fun environment to learn a variety of pole fitness techniques, dance choreography, and combination flows that will increase your upper body and core strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Learn to push, pull, lift and suspend your body weight while gracefully moving on and off the pole. Pole Fitness is a full body workout. Shorts recommended (no heels required).
