However, you should think of the Reformer as a friend: not the kind that will sit with you and sip piping hot tea from an oversized mug but one that will challenge your body in totally different ways than weight machines.

        • Get your bod club ready in Aero House! Set to a booming House music soundtrack, this class combines low impact aerobic combinations with a sexy mix of dynamic dance choreography to give you a killer cardio workout.

        • Beach Body
        • The countdown to summer starts here. In this class, we focus on sculpting and toning a different body part each week to get you ready to hit the sand and surf with a beach ready bod. Members who attend class regularly will be entered to win an all expense paid beach vacation for two.

        • Bi-Polar
        • Opposites certainly attract in this class! Set to a soundtrack of adrenaline pumping music, you’ll start off with high-intensity cardio using a sand bag and jump rope to amp up your workout, and end with deep stretching to increase range of motion and relieve soreness.

        • BUTI
        • This 90-minute, high-intensity workout fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometics and conditioning. BUTI dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips (and BUTI) including Brazilian Baile, Funk, Hip Hop, Crunk and African Tribal. Between the heart-pounding cardio, deep stretching and dance moves, you’ll be in BUTI-ful shape in no time.

        • Hip hop dance and cardio-funk all in one.

        • Center Stage
        • This dance intensive class provides the opportunity to learn dance choreography from several different styles and genres. You’ll learn creative, technical moves and how to “sell it,” making you music video or Broadway stage ready!

        • Cross Train Challenge
        • Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout.

        • Lablast™ Turn It Up
        • LaBlast just got a little bit hotter! In this intermediate level class, new dance styles are introduced and combined with more challenging choreography and advanced fitness routines. Get ready to feel the sizzle!

        • Mountain Ride
        • Spring has sprung, and that means it’s time to get in gear for your outdoor mountain rides. Build endurance with heavy climbs, building resistance to simulate an actual mountain course.

        • Nocturnal Flow
        • Taught in a mellow lounge setting and surrounded by soothing dim candlelight, this flow yoga class incorporates deep breathing techniques to maximize detoxifying benefits to restore and rejuvenate your body and soothe your mind from the stresses of the day.

        • Pilates Band Camp
        • In this mat pilates class, you’ll utilize stretch bands to tone your upper body and increase your core strength to give you a workout that’s like music to your muscles.

        • Pilates Fusion
        • Based on traditional pilates exercises, this class also incorporates athletic training moves to provide a workout that will improve core strength, balance and flexibility.

        • R3: Ride, Rip & Relax
        • Amp up your Ride class times three! Ride, Rip & Relax starts off with a classic calorie blasting Ride class, followed by an intense upper body workout, leaving you ripped and ready to relax with restorative yoga that closes out the class.

        • Ripped Ride
        • This class will kick your Ride workout up a notch by throwing some light hand weights into the mix, maximizing your caloric burn and toning your arms, shoulders, chest and back.

        • Soca-N-Wet
        • Ready, set, sweat! This class combines intense high and low cardio moves to a give you a calorie scorching cardio workout. Set to an exciting rhythmic, Soca music soundtrack, Soca-N-Wet will leave you rip roaring and soak n’ wet.

        • S.T.A.R. Treatment
        • Inside Crunch, everyone’s a star. With Spin, Toning, Abs and Relaxation you get it all, just like you deserve. Start with heart-pumping spin, followed by a total body sculpt session. Then add an intense ab workout and top it all off with a relaxing yoga/stretch segment.

        • TRACES
        • Based on the new theatrical experience, TRACES, this class combines acrobatics, music and dance while fusing the traditions of circus with the energy of street performance. Set to a powerful soundtrack, and with the help of a few props from the show, the human body is pushed to its limits in this heart-pumping calorie-burning workout.

        • Weightless
        • No weights? No problem!  All you’ll need is you in this strength and flexibility class that uses your own body weight and gravity principles to get you in tip-top shape.

        • ZUMBA® SENTAO
        • This exciting new workout, created by our friends at Zumba®, will have you partnering with a chair to feel the burn. Using your four-legged friend as a step, you’ll combine unique Latin inspired movements and your own body weight to firm and tone your physique.
