        • Step up your yoga practice, build upper body and core strength, and learn the building blocks to more challenging upside-down postures through a fun mash up of traditional yoga and movements and transitions from street dance and breakdance. The movement sequence builds through the class to a rhythmic and dynamic flow, all set to a music soundtrack of hip hop, house, funk and more.

        • Get your sails filled in this truly inspiring class that combines flowing power yoga poses aimed at working the body with mantras and quotes meant to uplift the soul.

        • eNERGY Ride
        • In this class that’s like a party with pedals attached, you’ll work your body to the high energy beats of rock, hip-hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and run.

        • iRIDE
        • Take an iRide on the high tech highway. Video monitors display levels of intensity to inform and inspire with real-time technology throughout your journey. Skills and drills are more fun (and more challenging!) with profile information right in front of you.

        • Kaholo Bootcamp
        • Inspired by the beautiful art of Polynesian dance, this cardio workout blends the basics of traditional Hawaiian and Tahitian dances with modern fitness movements. Aloha!

        • LaBlast: HOT 'N SPICY
        • LaBlast just got a little bit hotter!  In this intermediate level class, new dance styles are introduced and combined with more challenging choreography and advanced fitness routines.  Get ready to feel the sizzle!

        • Orb Yoga
        • You’re guaranteed to have a ball in this unique yoga class. A stability ball, that is. You’ll use it as a workout partner, flowing through easy-to-follow sequences for a unique and somewhat bouncy yoga dance-flow experience.

        • Pole-ography
        • Perfect for beginners who want to get more comfortable, this non-trick based pole fitness class will have you using the pole as a dance partner of sorts, focusing on body movement and floor work while learning how to move around the pole through a choreographed routine.

        • POUND
        • Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern-day fusion of movement and music.  Drum along to a slammin' soundtrack using  Ripstix™ - weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into a kick-ass, fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping sweat.

        • Rhythmic Poi
        • In this class you’ll combine glowing poi balls, dance combinations inspired by sultry Latin-style belly and hip movements, and trance and house music, to get a totally unique, incredibly engaging workout.

        • Ride In Movie
        • Missed it on the big screen or didn’t make it to the drive-in? No problem. Watch inspiring movie action clips set to hard core movie soundtracks while you ride, ride, ride.

        • Ripped Ride
        • This class will kick your Ride workout up a notch by throwing some light hand weights into the mix, maximizing your caloric burn and toning your arms, shoulders, chest and back.

        • SWEAT
        • Give this 60-minute total-body bootcamp workout just one try and you’ll see why we named it what we did.  Alternating between Stepmills, Treadmills, and Krankcycles to melt away calories, you’ll be oozing buckets of the stuff by the time you leave this class.

        • The Broadway Warm-Up
        • Liza does it, Hugh Jackman does it, heck even Lady Gaga does it! Before going on stage for a big performance, everyone needs to warm up. This special Crunch breakdown of the The Broadway Warm-Up synchronizes a vocal and dance warm up so you are ready to bring the curtain up, light the lights and bring out the inner star in you. All levels welcome!

        • The Combine Drill
        • This class will push you to your physical limits with sprints, suicides and agility drills – all the stuff that pro NFL athletes go through to get ready for the gridiron. Each class will introduce a different set of exercises and once a week you’ll take your skills outside of the gym to hit the sand and pavement.

        • The Gun Run
        • This class combines the upper body benefits of gunning on the Krankcycle with the lower body benefits of running on a treadmill to yield a full-body cardio and strength-training workout. Not for the faint of heart or the faint of anything else.

        • The Yoga Adjustment
        • In this class the instructor focuses on helping you get as much out of each pose as possible by making hands on adjustments.  Every student is guaranteed to be assisted in poses to make a little adjustment go a long way.

        • Tread N' Shed
        • This badass cardio class will put you on the treadmill to melt away calories. In it, you’ll use sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights to get a workout that’s got all the ups and downs of a roller coaster.

        • TRX® Really Ripped
        • This total body workout focuses on dynamic speed and power by with a little help from the TRX® Rip™ Trainer. Using this super-cool, super-effective, brand spankin’ new piece of equipment, you’ll increase your rotational power, strength, and core stability while sending your metabolism in overdrive.

        • What You Knead
        • Finally, a workout that feels as good as getting a massage. Knead muscles, release facia, stimulate circulation and improve joint mobility from head to toe. Move your body over small air filled balls specially designed to release muscular and mental tension. Your body, and mind, will thank you.

        • Ziva Meditation
        • Ziva is "bliss" in Sanskrit and this class is all about using ancient pranayama breathing, modern relaxation tools and meditation techniques to enhance both your inner and outer bliss.  You'll walk out of class relaxed, energized and ready to meet any of life's workouts and demands.

        • ZUMBA® SENTAO
        • This exciting new workout, created by our friends at Zumba®, will have you partnering with a chair to feel the burn. Using your four-legged friend as a step, you’ll combine unique Latin inspired movements and your own body weight to firm and tone your physique.
