Alton Road

Removed from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare, newly renovated Alton Road is Crunch’s second club in Miami. And, renovated might be putting it too mildly; decked out with a brand new locker room, flooring, matting, cardio and strength training equipment as well as a totally redesigned reception area – not to mention a fresh coat of paint – this gym looks like it’s been reinvented. Vibe-wise, Alton is known as a haven for serious workout enthusiasts seeking serious workouts, but beneath all of that seriousness is a warm and inclusive atmosphere where all types can feel comfortable getting their sweat on.

Fort Greene

In a borough filled with up-and-coming neighborhoods Fort Greene is about as up-and-coming as it gets. Within walking distance of BAM (the Brooklyn Academy of Music) this club sits in the center of an exciting mix of old and new. Inside there’s an edgy feel (not to mention a yoga studio, boxing ring and live DJ’s). Full of long time residents and those who’ve come along more recently, its members have formed a relaxed, family-friendly community.

E 59th Street

So you want huge, eh? Well, at 59th Street it’s huge that you’ll get. And plenty of it too: this is Crunch’s biggest club in New York. And, if the 40’ rock wall isn’t a dead giveaway then just walk around for a while (and make sure to bring breadcrumbs) Packed into all of this space is more fun and excitement per square foot than should be legal.

38th Street

Part of 38th Street’s appeal is convenience: Inside of this gym you’ll never be far from a piece of equipment and, outside of it you’ll never be far from a subway line. It’s an after work workout destination for most – a dynamic mix of business and Broadway types – who (along with the peek-a-boo showers) always keeps things entertaining.

The good news is this club has both, in addition to a full-sized boxing ring and a fitness studio you can shoot hoops in.
90 John Street

90 John Street sits in the heart of Manhattan’s financial district, close to the hustle and bustle of the seaport. As such, it attracts a lot of movers and shakers – ones who like to sneak out of the office for lunchtime workouts – and is the kind of place where you could pick up a good stock tip (while you yourself are moving and shaking).

Christopher Street

Sitting in between the West Village and the Meat Packing District, this club is like the filling in a cool-neighborhood sandwich. Walking inside the historic Archive building you’ll be struck by the open and airy feeling that permeates throughout. And, while this club is a hip haven for the area’s hard bodies there is a relaxed neighborhood feel that makes for a pretense-free gym experience.

One of our newer clubs, Union Square is beautiful and bursting with energy. The interior is an open layout that feels long, lean and graceful – the kind of setting that invites you to let your hair down and get your sweat on while shrugging off the day’s stresses.
