By using ‘spring resistance’, the Reformer forces your muscles to work in two ways – releasing and contracting. You’ll stretch longer and deeper than ever before and create stable joints that are more balanced and resistant to injury. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete novice or a seasoned pro: Crunch trainers will be there to guide you through this full body workout. An instructor’s level relates to the amount of training and certification they’ve had and determines the amount they receive per session.
