        • Anusara Yoga
        • Based on the teachings of John Friend. This class balances an opening to grace and the higher self with strong attention to alignment. The result is a strong synthesis between mind body and spirit. Taught in the Vinyasa style, Anusara Yoga is open to all levels.

        • Welcome to Yoga! This class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Ashtanga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes. All Levels Welcome.
