        • The fast-paced workout just got a lot more stable. This class incorporates the BOSU® Ballast Ball, a translucent ball filled with glow-in-the-dark material, to provide stability and resistance. The glowing, free-flowing weighted movements sculpt a great upper body, arms and abs.

        • Retro-Robics
        • It's a blast from the past! Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in this heart-pumping, traditional aerobics class. This time around, legwarmers are optional!

        • Surfboarding
        • Get ready to hit the waves! Using the BOSU Balance Trainer and Gliding Discs, a multitude of surfing skills will be introduced, practiced, and perfected leaving your body toned and ready for the athlete in you to spring into action.

        • The Ride
        • A fantastic heart-pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

        • Ultimate Conditioning
        • It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

        • Urban Rebounding
        • We’ll have you bouncing you’re way through a workout that simulates the rigors of city life using a mini trampoline. It’s a low-impact workout that works your whole body.

        • Weigh Hard Cardio
        • You’ll have your hands full in this non-stop, easy-to-follow class using light weights that you’ll never put down.

        • Winter Boarding
        • Who says you have to go to the Swiss Alps to hit the slopes? In this class the core strengthening BOSU is alternated with free flowing movements to sculpt long, lean legs without ever touching powder.

        • 1 Minute Body Sculpt
        • This total body sculpting class is held in a fast-paced boot camp style format. Perform one weight exercise for one minute, followed by one minute of heart-pumping cardio. Engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo.

        • 10 Spot
        • This class will have you running from the boxing ring to the fitness studio and all points in between, performing a combination of 10 different exercises that will increase both your strength and endurance, all in a circuit format . Be warned: routines will change each week to keep you on your toes.

        • 100's
        • Inspired by the traditional Pilates exercise, this class incorporates strength based core and flexibility components set to 100 count reps. Weights and blocks are used to tone and sculpt your body from head to toe.

        • Ab Attack
        • Combination of standing and floor ab work.

        • Absolution
        • Concentrated abdominal and back work followed by a deep stretch.

        • Aqua Cross
        • Break through a fitness plateau with a wet/dry cross-training class. Get moving in the pool with cardio intervals and butt-blasting kickboard work. Then towel-off and hit the deck for sculpting moves like walking lunges, squats, and pushups.

        • Aqua Marine
        • Train like a true Marine! The instructor will lead you through a series of heart pumping drills using the resistance of the water. Go hard or go home!

        • Aquarun
        • Run against the resistance of the water for an impact-free calorie-burning cardio workout.

        • Combining exercises to tone and shape the rear (the butt) and the front (the abs).

        • Baby Steps
        • This class will introduce you to the fundamental movements of a step class and have you going “over the top” and “around the world” in no time.

        • Barre Bootcamp
        • Drawing its inspiration from ballet, this class will help you to get a ballet inspired body. Employing the body bar and light hand weights to both shape and elongate all of your major muscle groups, you’ll be tutu ready in no time.

        • Beach Body
        • The countdown to summer starts here. We take you through 8 body parts in 8 weeks to get you ready to hit the sand and surf. Bring your official class punch card to all 8 classes and be entered for the chance to win the pampering you deserve from a local spa.

        • Behind Bars
        • Use the body bar as a prop to strengthen and tone abs in this hardcore class.

        • Belly, Butt and Thighs Bootcamp
        • Based on the popular DVD, focus on your lower half in this belly-busting, booty shaping class.

        • Best Defense
        • A self-defense workout combining elements of classic boxing, kick boxing, and a mix of other martial arts. (Check with instructor for the forms of martial arts that will be utilized in the class)

        • B.L.T. Butt, Legs & Thighs
        • Total focus on the lower body using bands, dumbbells, balls and body bars.

        • Body Blitz
        • Make the most of your time in this intense, total body sculpting class that squeezes a 60-minute workout in 30.

        • Booty Kickin' Step
        • This high-powered workout offers participants the latest in step choreography. Mambos, pivots, hop-turns and double dutch repeaters! We recommend that beginners use one level of risers.

        • Booty Slide
        • This class combines principles from Pilates and slide training for a unique and effective workout. Participants wear soft slippery booties and perform sliding and lunge-like motions with all parts of the body. It's a great workout that targets the core while lifting, shaping and firming the body from head to toe.

        • BOSU Body
        • Integrate balance with strength in this deep body defining class.

        • BOSU Boot Camp Extreme
        • Is an extreme cardio workout that is Martial Arts based. Work both the upper and lower body using both the Bosu’s and hanging bags. Bosu plyometrics work the legs and glutes and strikes and kicks on the hanging bags work the upper body and core. Gloves not required, but encouraged.

        • Classic boxing using the boxing ring, punching bags and jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength.

        • A whole new kind of fight club! Learn standing and ground defense techniques as well as gravity and inertia-focused applications that are used to build strength, balance and mental focus.

        • California Ride
        • This weekly RIDE class is based on the natural terrain and hills of California. Designed by Ria Zervos, a Crunch instructor who loves to focus on athletic cycling, strength and endurance on the bike.

        • Camp Crunch
        • Get your ass kicked with the training that was used to prepare soldiers for combat in this program created by a US Army Master Fitness Trainer and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. Heart-pounding military exercises, cadence calls and kickboxing drills take bootcamp to a whole new level.

        • Cross Train Challenge
        • Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout.

        • Cycle Cross
        • This class takes you through the terrain of a real race. Not only are you on your bike but you carry it as well with the use of bodybars, weights and a step. A definate must for serious athletes.

        • Cycology
        • This is a Ride class that emphasizes the development of mental toughness by forcing you to perform drills without the benefit of music to motivate you.

        • DASH
        • This is track practice using a treadmill where you’ll train for 60, 100 or 200-meter dash events. Improve both your time as well as your overall cardiovascular conditioning from week to week and gear up to leave ‘em in the dust at the finish line.

        • DIESEL
        • An interval training class consisting of high-rep and low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts.

        • Dodgeball
        • Get ready to duck. Dodgeball is back and this time it's not just for the schoolyard. This class includes a gym style warm-up, 3-5 rounds of the game, abs and final stretch.

        • Doggy Bootcamp
        • Make some tails wag in this class that turns your favorite four-legged friend into a workout partner. The two of you will do running and agility exercises together, team-taught by a dog trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Woof!

        • Double Step

        • Everlast’s Art of Boxing
        • Learn the true art of boxing taught by USA boxing certified professionals. This class is 50% cardio boxing, 50% heavy bag workout and 100% calorie burning.

        • Executive Express
        • Your boss will approve of this 40-minute lunchtime regimen that has you back at your desk in under an hour. Offered 3 times a week with a different focus each day, (bootcamp, kickboxing, and BOSU®) these sessions provide a full body workout including cardio, strength, and stretching.         • It’s time to go extreme. In this class you’ll combine classic Pilates exercises with bursts of plyometric movement that will get your heart racing and strengthen your core.

        • F'ab Ride
        • Ride your way to F’abulous abs. This 45 minute Ride class is followed by 15 minutes of intensive abdominal work.

        • Fight Club
        • A must for those inspired to spar. Kick some butt in this 60 minute class that begins with a warm up stressing form and technique. Learn the proper basics of sparring and then test your skills with 2 minute rounds of safe supervised sparring in the full sized boxing ring. Get ready to rumble!

        • Figure Competitor
        • Designed to help you get the body of a figure competitor, this 12-week program will pump up your entire physique. Use an approach borrowed from the pros with a total body progressive workout each week, performing exercises that will increase strength, endurance and muscle tone.         • Figure Competitor II
        • Designed and taught by a Figure Pro, this advanced 12-week program introduces all new exercises using brand new props like Bosu’s and stability balls. Chart your progress and walk away with a brand new figure – just like a real competitive pro.

        • In this class you’ll bring your Gunning workout to the next level by incorporating the Suunto color board with work on the Krankcycle. Move in and out of both the green and the red for 30 minutes of fat burning that’s designed to get your heart pumping and increase your recovery rate.

        • Challenge your balance and coordination in this great total body conditioning class utilizing the Step.

        • Heavy Ball

        • Prepare to be taken to the limit in this bootcamp styled strength training class.

        • Knockout Boxing
        • This traditional American boxing class is taught in the boxing ring, and on the floor using punching bags and jump ropes.

        • Lethal Weapon Boxing
        • Learn the physical, technical, mechanical, academic and psychological levels of boxing training focus gloves, heavy bags and ring work...helping you prevent attacks and escape or survive any situation. This class is so tough it takes two instructors to teach it. One in the ring and one on the bags.

        • Lower Body Glide
        • A lower body workout utilizing Gliding Discs.

        • Mash-Up
        • This class is one part cardio and one part sculpting all set to the soundtrack of a live DJ playing nothing but mash-ups.

        • Million Dollar Knockout
        • Putting up your dukes is not just for the dudes, not in this class. Here you’ll learn traditional boxing principles and training targeted specifically for women and you’ll learn them from a woman. Bye-bye boys club.

        • MMA - Mixed Martial Arts
        • This class brings the hardcore training technique of mixed martial artists into the group fitness studio for one intense workout. You’ll learn boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai moves just like the pros use. Additionally, extra cardio work will be added to boost fat burning, resulting in a leaner, meaner you.

        • Use partner and pad-work to learn traditional Muay Thai moves like jabs, hooks and kicks to increase strength, improve flexibility and learn self-defense.

        • Begins with a 30 minute Ride followed by a 30 minute run to prepare for Muddy Buddy, the unique trail running and biking race.  Muddy Buddy Ride & Run Series, is a 7 mile course including biking, running, obstacles, and of course the infamous mud pit at the finish line!  Whether you are an experienced racer or a beginner, or just love to get dirty this unique outdoor event is suitable for you.

        • Rear Attitude
        • Lower body training at its finest! 30 minutes is all you'll need to feel the burn!

        • Redline Ride
        • This Ride class incorporates the SUUNTO heart rate telemetry system, a system that allows you to monitor your heart rate in real-time. Anonymously track your progress on a plasma screen TV inside of the studio; your instructor will push you into "the red" for an extremely challenging cardio workout. After class, all participants will receive a report via email graphing their heart rate and summarizing total calories burned.

        • A fabulous RIDE experience created by Andre Houle for our San Francisco location. This advanced cycling class includes jumps, rhythmic riding and out-of-the-saddle work. Beginners should speak with the instructor before class. Bikes are SPD compatible.

        • In this Ride class bikes will be set up in single file rows to simulate riding in a real road pace line.         • Inside Crunch, everyone’s a star. With Spin, Toning, Abs and Relaxation you get it all, just like you deserve. Start with 20 minutes of heart-pumping spin, followed by a total body sculpt session. Then add 15 minutes of intense abs and top it all off with a relaxing yoga/stretch segment.

        • Strokes
        • A total non-impact workout in the pool. Beginners can learn proper technique and tri-athletes will work on improving speed and endurance.

        • SUP - Stand Up Paddling
        • Develop the skills you’ll need to become a paddle surf pro in this class. You’ll improve your strength and balance inside of the gym by using the innovative Indo Board and then get the chance to test your skills in the water. How gnarly is that?

        • Super Sculpt
        • An intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps using body bars and bands. Increase your strength and improve your definition while working your muscular endurance. All fitness levels welcome.

        • Combines non-stop cardio, step and weights. Suitable for intermediate to the aerobic athlete.

        • Tag Team Ride
        • This 60 minute Ride class is taught by two instructors. Each gets 30 minutes to give it everything they got and give you two intense workouts back-to-back.

        • The Beach Tennis USA Workout
        • In this class you’ll train to make the transition from the court to the sand, going through agility drills and explosive exercises that’ll get you ready for the rigors of Beach Tennis. Classes will start off in the group fitness studio and eventually move to the Beach Tennis regulated courts at Lummis Park.

        • The Climb
        • Simulate the climb up some of the most famous landmarks in the world in this extreme calorie burning class. Climb the 92 flights of the Empire State Building, and then challenge yourself the next week by beating your own time, a new building each month.

        • The Long Ride
        • A fantastic heart pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

        • Ride class with live percussionist.

        • The Ride & Abs
