      • A Pilates machine is called a Reformer and at first glance it looks like a holdover from the inquisition. However, you should think of the Reformer as a friend: not the kind that will sit with you and sip piping hot tea from an oversized mug but one that will challenge your body in totally different ways than weight machines.

      • Private classes at Crunch are our way of letting you experience group fitness with a group that you’ve hand picked. All you have to do is assemble your very own dream team and pick a class. 

        • AntiGravity® Yoga ‘Wings’
        • Stretch further and hold challenging postures longer using a flowing fabric hammock as your only prop. With the fabric as a soft trapeze, you’ll learn simple suspension techniques to move into seemingly impossible inverted poses to relieve compressed joints and align the body from head to toe.

        • Bellatone
        • This class combines Arabic and Reggeatone music to create a fusion dance workout. The choreography will be inspired by Latin and traditional belly dance to offer a cardiovascular workout that tones the core.

        • Body Art
        • BodyArt, created by a physical therapist, blends movements from yoga, Pilates and dance to strengthen and align the body from head to toe. The ultimate goal of BodyArt training is to ensure correct function of the entire body through strength and stabilization exercises. Breathing techniques are also used to unite the body, mind and soul.

        • Breathwork Meditation
        • Free your spirit, quiet the mind, and discover your true self in this breath-based class. Learn and practice a 3-part breathing technique to ignite energy, clear your head and fully release from the inside out.

        • Broadway Dance Series: MEMPHIS
        • Inspired by the hot new Broadway musical, MEMPHIS – this class combines Broadway splendor with roots of rock. Learn the choreography from the underground dance clubs of 1950’s Memphis, Tennessee and win tickets to the show.

        • Chisel w/ Gliding™ Discs
        • Boost your fatburning Chisel workout with the addition of Gliding™ Discs simulating rollerblading moves increasing your cardio while leaning out and shaping your glutes and legs more.

        • Cycology
        • This Ride class puts a focus on heart rate zone and cadence by incorporating the five energy zones of indoor cycling: recovery, endurance, strength, intervals and race day. It’s an intense workout that’s suitable for cycling champs and aspiring road racers alike.

        • DYAO2
        • Based on Oxygen’s hit weight-loss competition show, “Dance Your A** Off” (now in its second season), you’ll learn the basics to a different dance genre each week – just like the contestants on the show. You’ll be sweatin’ and shakin’ while learning choreographed routines to hip hop, Latin and much more!

        • HOOPS!
        • Channel your inner LeBron by dribbling, driving and even dunking while you perform the same basketball drills that the pros use to increase endurance, agility and strength. Nothin’ but net, baby!

        • Pole Dancing
        • The dancer’s pole isn’t just for professionals anymore. This challenging and sexy class combines intense upper body and core strength, coordination, and balance to turn even the shyest performers into toned and sultry vixens. We recommend that you show some skin and wear shorts to this class and don’t forget to bring a pair of your sexiest heels!

        • Power Balance Yoga
        • Using the Power Balance bracelet – technology that uses holograms embedded with frequencies that react positively with your body’s natural energy field – you’ll find your center throughout the entire class. The power balance bracelet acts like a HOMING DEVICE, helping students maintain their balance while moving from pose to pose.

        • Race Ready
        • Whatever race you’re getting ready to run, this class will be your training partner, helping you, not only to cross the finish line, but to achieve your personal best.         • Rack It Up
        • This sports-specific class focuses on improving strength, flexibility and endurance to improve your favorite racket game.

        • Re-Form Pilates
        • Reform, realign and reshape your body with this unique Pilates class that features the Beamfit, a 6 inch wide, 5 foot long beam used to create instability, forcing the stabilizer muscles to work harder to improve posture and balance. This class includes a fun routine with flowing movements and challenging positions to strengthen the core and stabilize hip and shoulder joints.

        • Ripped Rotation
        • In this class, combinations of sport-specific exercises (targeted mostly towards tennis, golf and other summer sports) are delivered in a dynamic and fun mode to create sport-simulated movements that focus on core engagement, rotation and stability.

        • Street BOING
        • Take BOING with Kangoo to the streets in this class that starts in the studio for a warm up and then ventures outside to use the pavement as a playground. You’ll perform sports drills, sprints, and plyometric exercises.

        • Surfboarding
        • Get ready to hit the waves! Using the BOSU® Balance Trainer and Gliding Discs, a multitude of surfing skills will be introduced, practiced, and perfected leaving your body toned and ready for the athlete in you to spring into action.

        • Turning Tricks
        • We should pay you for this class that mixes the swinging and spinning of advanced Pole Dancing with the hottest Strip Bar choreography. We recommend that you show some skin and wear shorts to this class and don’t forget to bring a pair of your sexiest heels!

        • Urban Bootcamp
        • We’ve put an urban twist on a traditional boot camp class. Hit the streets and work the hills in this hardcore indoor/outdoor combo class.

        • Gunning on the Krankcycle®
        • This pulse-pounding class offers a hardcore upper body workout – one that’s guaranteed to get you ripped. You’ll perform a series of exercises on the Krankcycle® (a revolutionary piece of fitness equipment developed by Johnny G., the man behind the Spinning® phenomenon). These exercises work your arms and torso and work them hard, making for one of the most intense group fitness experiences we offer. It’s a challenging class that, once you’ve tried, will have you gunning for more.
