        Roya has been training and teaching group fitness classes for 13 years. She specializes in sport-specific training, core training and BOSU training. She also teaches a wide range of group fitness classes including Ride, Gunning, AntiGravity Yoga, Rear Attitude and Absolution. She has also been a lead instructor at Self Magazine’s Workout in the Park.
