Sahara Ali has over 15 years of yoga and fitness experience and has been teaching at Crunch sent 1999. She currently teaches group classes such as Hula Hoop Pilates, 5-Senses Yoga, Yoga Booty Boot Camp and AntiGravity Yoga ‘Wings’. She AFAA certified, holds certifications in Anusara Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Quantum Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, and Post/Prenatal Yoga. She also teaches Pilates, Indoor Cycling and has a personal training clientele.
